We’re here to help you Find The Line that fits your project best

We are a boutique full-service Landscape Architecture and Land Planning firm based out of Asheville, NC.

About us

Although our personal roots have been firmly planted here in Western North Carolina since 2004, our projects reach into the Caribbean, Central America, and beyond. With an emphasis on impact-based development, we believe that great design can inform positive patterns on the human interaction with the environments, communities, and economies where we work. Whether it’s finding the right line on project visioning, financial expectations, or designing that perfect trail experience, we’re committed to providing a full-circle, holistic approach to developing a responsible product.

We believe that the most important ROI on a project is not necessarily defined by the financial return, but rather one that takes into consideration the impact metrics each and every project has on the people and places where we work.
